Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and registering for Safar-e-Karakoram 2026 (“the Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

About the Program

Safar-e-Karakoram 2026 is a five-day residential leadership and skills retreat organized by The LEAP Pakistan, held in Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The Program is open to participants aged 16–35. Seats are limited to 50 and are offered across Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-Funded tiers.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Pakistani residents aged between 16 and 35 at the time of the Program. The LEAP Pakistan reserves the right to verify eligibility and to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable fee through our authorized payment channels. All fees are quoted and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once submitted. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Selection of Funded Seats

Fully Funded and Partially Funded seats are awarded at the sole discretion of The LEAP Pakistan based on merit, motivation, and stated need. Submission of an application does not guarantee a funded seat.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the Program. The LEAP Pakistan may remove any participant who endangers others, violates the law, or disrupts the Program. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Changes to the Program

The LEAP Pakistan may modify the schedule, location logistics, trainers, or modules where necessary due to weather, safety, or operational factors. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Assumption of Risk

Mountain travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Participants take part voluntarily and at their own risk. The LEAP Pakistan is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property except where caused by our proven negligence.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and Program materials are the property of The LEAP Pakistan and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
