Refund and Exchange Policy
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
All registration and participation fees for Safar-e-Karakoram 2026 are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is submitted and processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation by the participant
- Inability to attend due to personal, academic, professional, medical, or travel reasons
- Failure to meet eligibility or documentation requirements after payment
- Removal from the Program due to breach of the Code of Conduct
By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund condition.
No Exchange of Services
The Program is a fixed, all-inclusive experience. Individual components (accommodation, sessions, meals, activities) cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Unused portions of the Program carry no monetary value.
Transfer of Seat
A confirmed seat may be transferred to another eligible applicant only with the prior written approval of The LEAP Pakistan and no later than 15 days before the Program start date. Transfers are subject to the new applicant meeting all eligibility requirements. Approval is at our sole discretion.
Program Cancellation by The LEAP Pakistan
In the unlikely event that The LEAP Pakistan cancels the entire Program before it begins for reasons within our control, registered participants will be offered a seat in a rescheduled edition. This is the sole remedy available and does not include a cash refund.
Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
If you are charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical or banking error, the duplicate amount will be returned through the original payment method after verification with the bank. This applies only to genuine duplicate charges and not to the registration fee itself.
